how do you make your icons look so pretty and blurry only not? i've seen people do it and it boggles my mind. =(

Aw, hi! I'm not really good at explaining things haha, but I could try to put together a little tutorial for you. Are you looking for a step-by-step guide or are you just curious about the "blurry only not" part?

a step by step guide wouldn't be necessary. i know my way around psp, if that's what you use.

That's what I use too. PSP7, in fact. I refuse to upgrade! What I actually meant by step-by-step was, did you want to know about my lighting effects as well?
